The Cottages at Daytona Beach is an all-new rental community on Williamson Blvd. just minutes away from the Tanger Outlets. We offer apartments for rent in multiple styles, including one-story cottages and two-story cottages. Our apartments come in all sizes, from the Ash Twin, a 716 square foot one-bedroom one-bath cottage, to the Cactus, a 1,440 square foot three-bedroom three-bath cottage. Units are designed in a modern farmhouse style with spacious layouts and equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and full-size washers and dryers. Every apartment comes with a smart home technology package that includes doorbell cameras, keyless entry, smart thermostats, and lighting controls. We even offer multiple options with private yards and patios!
